Reading Slippages, Writing Interstices was an exhibition by Biba Cole and Paula Kolar showing works in progress. Acts of articulation, reading, and making are highlighted as they explore different interstices, in-between spaces that are constantly in motion. Each exploring two very different coastal landscapes, they do so by actively making and intervening in the space or playing with collections of leftover remnants from the making process. Moving through sound, video, performance, painting, drawing, and print, material slips through the gaps.
